I think the One Company…Multiple Locations scenario is one that we can all relate to. Is this talk more technical or theoretical?

While there will be some technology discussed, the session is focused more on the aspects of mutliple office transparency as a philosphy or vision. We’ll discuss the technologies needed to support the vision because it is the technology that enables the vision.

As we have 9 other offices besides the one I am in, this is of interest to me. But, I am also highly interested in the Selecting and Leveraging Online Project-Collaboration Tools session as well, which unfortunately is happening at the same time. Guess I will try to spend some time in both sessions….

I am really interested in seeing what other firms do for project collaboration as well. We have 10 geographic locations and the company is divided into 3 service sectors; each location having members in each sector.
